Role: Marketing Officer – Temporary – Belfast
VANRATH are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for a Temporary Marketing Officer. This dynamic organisation operates across multiple locations, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives in a supportive, professional environment.

• Salary – £25,000 - £28,000
• Part-time
• 9am – 5pm

The Role

• Develop and implement engaging marketing and communications strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, creating compelling content that drives engagement.
• Produce and distribute newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
• Maintain and update the organisation’s website with fresh and relevant content.
• Support event promotion and campaign coordination.
• Monitor analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media contacts.

The Person
Essential:

• Proven experience in a communications, marketing, or related role.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with website content management systems (e.g. WordPress).
• Understanding of SEO and analytics tools.
