Compensation & Perks
Main Duties:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly and professional service
Oversee and update service schedules, ensuring timely reminders are issued
Keep customer and vehicle records accurate and up to date
Coordinate PSV appointments efficiently
Generate and distribute job cards for the workshop, track vehicle progress, and assist with invoicing
Manage outbound sales and customer service calls to maintain strong client relationships
Create and promote maintenance contract proposals
Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor to optimise planning and ensure profitability
Notify customers of any additional services required, providing detailed quotations for approval
Explain completed work to customers and arrange vehicle collection or delivery
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a similar industry
Proven ability to provide outstanding customer support
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A valid full UK driving license
