Your new role
Joining a team of 6 engineers on split shifts (no nights) you will compliment the team with multi skilled ability but strong electrical skills in production fault finding and repairs. The team are always looking at ways to improve and automate the factory and the MD backs these plans financially for the good of the future business, this is a great commitment and investment that means you will get experience in project design and installation to keep things interesting, Its high volume production in a very secure industry

What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking an engineer with recent production environment experience so you can draw on past experience to compliment the work of the team. As its a small team, a commitment to team work and going beyond to help the team is essential

What you'll get in return
This is a Monday to Friday earlies/lates role offering £45,000-£48,000 in a really secure and booming business. Some evening and weekend work is required however there is no nightshift at all. A great package financially and from a work life balance point of view. The overtime is available but not excessive and some flexibility is reasonably available
