Job Title: HR Administrator (3-Month Contract)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our client’s team in Coleraine on a 3-month contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a fast-paced and dynamic private sector environment. As the HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in delivering efficient and effective HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with payroll administration and benefits management
- Handle employee queries and provide general HR support as required
- Update and maintain employee files, ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and management
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of HR systems is a plus
- A proactive, adaptable approach to work
