Salary c.£22,500 - £23,500 DOE

McKinty Associates are pleased to be working with a leading Charity who have a requirement for an Administrative Assistant to join their existing team. The post holder will provide support to all staff and co-workers and be responsible for maintaining records, processing confidential data and completing ad hoc administrative work. They will be responsible for answering and directing calls and on occasions providing reception cover.

Essential eligibility criteria:

· NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration OR 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (A-C Grades).

· At least 6 months’ experience working in an administration office setting.

· Computer literate - including strong working knowledge of MS Office package with particular experience of Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work on own initiative.

· Ability to manage deadlines and workload.

· Keen eye for detail.
