Role Overview:
As the Organisational Development Digital Solutions Officer, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and delivery of innovative digital learning solutions to support the organisation’s strategic objectives. You’ll work across multiple projects, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure the continuous improvement of learning management systems. This is an exciting opportunity to drive forward the modernisation of organisational development through cutting-edge digital solutions!
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Solutions Management: Lead technical activities, system design, and development of platforms such as the Learning Management System and CORE Talent.
- eLearning Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design SCORM packages and implement digital learning solutions.
- Project Management: Support various OD projects, ensuring efficient delivery using project management methodologies.
- MI Reporting: Provide in-depth analysis and reporting on OD outputs, tracking project progress, and ensuring compliance.
- Talent & Leadership Development: Assist in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in developing digital learning and eLearning solutions within a large organisation.
- Strong project management experience with a focus on learning and development.
- Ability to analyse data and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Desirable:
- Prince 2 accreditation.
- Experience in procurement and external contract management. Qualifications:
- HNC/HND qualification or equivalent.
