MCS Group is thrilled to partner with a well-established financial services institution to recruit a Digital Customer Engagement Manager. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the customer communications strategy.

The successful candidate will drive the development and execution of strategic customer engagement initiatives for both B2C and B2B audiences, crafting tailored interaction models. This role is centered on understanding customer journeys, refining communication strategies, and enhancing engagement and retention through personalised interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, test, and optimise targeted multichannel campaigns
• Implement testing strategies to enhance customer engagement
• Generate reports to analyse customer website navigation and behaviour
• Contribute to audience segmentation strategies to personalise communications and improve customer experience
• Support the Customer Engagement Strategy, driving commercial success, engagement, and loyalty
• Lead customer engagement working groups, shaping content, recommending digital engagement approaches, and supporting technical integrations

• Analyse customer data and campaign performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in developing and managing customer communication campaigns, including content creation
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and optimise campaign performance
• Experience in digital marketing or a customer communications role within a digital environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects independently
