IT Support Analyst

Our client is a leading professional services firm seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst to provide first-line IT support to over 150 users. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT systems, and supporting ongoing infrastructure projects. It offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates applying for this position must be open to working full-time in an office in Belfast City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support via email, phone, and in-person, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Log, manage, and escalate support requests as needed.
• Assist with software rollouts, hardware installations, and system maintenance.
• Support networking, cloud (Azure Virtual Desktop), and virtualisation (VMware) solutions.
• Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, system monitoring, and compliance efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3+ years’ experience in an IT support role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, approachable manner.
• Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Working Environment:

• Office-based role in Belfast city centre.
• 35-hour workweek
