A Public Sector Organisation based in North Belfast is looking to recruit for a maintenance administrator.
Your new role
- You will act as first point of contact taking calls from tenants. Log any maintenance work require
- Liaise with contractors
- Keep online records updated
- Update compliance records
What you'll need to succeed
- GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role (within the last 5 years)
- Previous customer service experience with excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of maintaining and developing databases
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include word, excel and outlook
- Strong organisational skills
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work on own initiative
