Conveyancing Paralegal
We are delighted to partner with a prestigious law firm in Belfast to recruit a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal for their busy property department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation, including contracts and title deeds
- Managing case files from instruction through to completion
- Handling client and third-party correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Assisting Solicitors with administrative and legal tasks
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, deadlines, and case progress effectively
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
Essential Criteria:
- Proficiency in handling case files and legal documentation
- Confident in client interaction and telephone communication
