HR Learning and Development Executive Officer
Rate: £15 p/h
Hours: 36 hpw
Key Duties:
-Prepare and collate documentation to support the Learning and Development function to include liaising with internal and external customers and stakeholders, booking of training events, scheduling of attendees, preparation of learning materials and packs for training programmes, interventions, workshops and events.
- Set up and maintain appropriate electronic event booking and filing systems for all learning and development interventions to ensure a digital approach to co-ordination and records management of workstreams.
-Input and maintenance of computerised data relating to training records, attendance records, participant data, evaluations, and all necessary records management to support the learning and development workstreams.Support the provision and co-ordination of learning and development events and conferences, to include planning, preparation, recruitment, risk assessments and management on the day.
-Provide advice and guidance on learning and development provisions across the organisation in response to queries.
-Support the requisition and administration of processes including the raising of purchasing orders, requisitions and checking of invoices for learning and development requirements.
-Provide clerical support for relevant meetings, record of minutes and keep robust records to support high quality governance arrangements.
- Support the production of organisational Training Needs Analysis, produce reports, including establishing lists, evaluations, analysis of data, training records and statistical information.
-Provide advice, guidance and administrative support on HR L&D Policy, Procedures and Schemes including Staff Appraisal, Job Transfer, Capability, Facilities for Study.
Essential Criteria:
-Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or two GCE A Levels, or BTEC National or equivalent/higher qualifications AND a minimum of one years’ experience working in an office environment carrying out a range of administrative duties
OR
-A minimum of four years’ experience working in an office environment carrying out a range of administrative duties
OR
-A minimum of two years’ experience working in an HR department carrying out a range of HR related administrative duties.
-Experience of working with internal and external partners/stakeholders to support service provision.
-Experience of working as part of a team.
-Working knowledge of utilising IT systems and standard software e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate and present information.
