HR Business Partner – Belfast – Permanent

MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global organisation as they look to add an HR Business Partner to their team on a full-time permanent basis.

The role:

You will play a critical role supporting the wider HR team and senior leaders, by shaping and delivering a people strategy that aligns with and supports the strategic objectives of the business.

The main responsibilities:

• Build strong business relationships to gain insight and influence, enabling the development of a tailored people strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Identify, prioritise, and scope all HR requirements to align with business objectives.
• Regularly track progress on the people strategy, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring successful implementation.
• Proactively plan for current and future workforce needs, optimising size, structure, and cost through a strategic mix of approaches.
• Coach and provide feedback to leaders, enhancing business efficiency and leadership effectiveness.
• Lead engagement initiatives and employee feedback strategies.
• Drive HR process improvements and strategic projects.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of success in HR Business partnering, including resolving complex HR matters.
• Proven experience in supporting and enabling senior managers in leading and designing change and transformation activities.
• Experience of investigating complex situations, getting to the root cause by using data and personal insights, tools and techniques.
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building abilities.
• CIPD Qualified (desirable).
