Senior HR Business Partner – Belfast – Permanent

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning organisation as they look to add a Senior HR Business Partner to their team on a full-time permanent basis.

The role:

You will play a critical role in ensuring that the organisation maintains the highest standards of operational competence and compliance while delivering and ensuring a great experience for the wider organisation.

The main responsibilities:

• Design and implement the Operations strategy and priorities that align with the strategic goals.
• Lead the annual salary and bonus review process for two jurisdictions.
• When necessary, design plans and actively participate in restructuring initiatives, including redundancies, and TUPE, to ensure compliance.
• Perform line management duties for the team, including one-to-one meetings and operational management responsibilities.
• Manage and oversee all employee relations to ensure fair, compliant, and consistent treatment in alignment with the core business values.
• Communicate with senior leadership regarding employee relations cases and action plans for resolution.
• Lead engagement initiatives and employee feedback strategies.
• Drive HR process improvements and strategic projects.

The ideal candidate:

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of UK & ROI employment law.
• Expertise in salary, benefits, and HR operations.
• Experience with large-scale projects and industry trends.
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building abilities.
