RESPONSIBLE TO: Deputy Head of Food & Beverage
TERMS: 40 hours per week, with working patterns to reflect our dynamic event driven environment
SALARY: Circa £35,000

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to oversee our Food & Beverage offerings at Concourse level in a fast paced arena venue. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the standard of food & beverages exceeds customer expectations while leading a large team of casual staff. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, excels at operational efficiency and has a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality at scale. If you have a proven track record in food & beverage management and love the thrill of live events, we want you on our team!

Essential Criteria

• 5 years’ experience working at managerial level within an F&B environment

OR

• a third level hospitality management qualification [HNC, HND, Degree] plus 3 years’ experience working at managerial level gained in an F&B environment.

PLUS

• Experience of leading and supervising a large-scale team within a multi-site F&B environment.
• Highly organised with good attention to detail and a proven ability of meeting competing deadlines.
• Resilience and the ability to respond to a range of different work situations.
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude and proactive approach to work with an ability to meet deadlines.

Salary

Circa £35,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
