Your new company
You will work for an established and innovative company based in Donegal. Due to ongoing expansion and growth, they require a Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator to support the Company Accountant.
Your new role
You will play a key role supporting the finance department and your duties will include: posting purchase invoices and maintaining creditor payments, bank reconciliations, processing subcontractor payments and RCT returns, processing monthly returns, processing employee payroll and general office administration duties.
What you'll need to succeed
1–2 years' experience in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic and motivated individual
Can work well as part of a team and on own initiative
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet work deadlines
Experience using Sage and Microsoft Office
Experience in the construction industry would be advantageous
