Estates Operations Supervisor required to work with our client, within The Ulster Hospital, Dundonald. This is a temporary ongoing post that will last a minimum of 6 months with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will start immediately and hours of work are 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday, with a pay rate of £14.53 per hour.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of specific elements of estates operations, work as part of a team of estates officers, assist in managing, coordinating and providing professional and technical advice relating to building/engineering projects, use of Estates CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) system.
What We Need From You:
- A recognised and registered building/construction apprenticeship or
- NQF Level 3/BTEC Higher National Diploma/Higher National Certificate or equivalent in a building/construction or other related subject
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant post apprenticeship experience
- Working knowledge and experience of undertaking tasks relating to building and engineering
- Use of Microsoft Office and CAFM System
