Programme Manager Development

Your new role as the Programme Manager - Development & Innovation will be part of the R&D team responsible for delivering new products and continuously improving products, processes, and people. You will lead all engineering development and innovation activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. You will support the Head of Development & Innovation in optimising and delivering activities, providing training and peer support to develop engineer competencies, and fostering a positive, performance-driven culture.

What you'll need to succeed is a strong background in product research and development, continuous improvement, and engineering principles. You should have significant experience in new product design and introduction roles, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to lead and mentor engineers. Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to balance competing priorities and drive issues to completion. A degree or professional qualification in a relevant technical/engineering discipline is required.
