Location: County Antrim
Salary: £60,000+ per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance.
• 
  Develop and implement planned maintenance schedules to improve equipment reliability.
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• 
  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• 
  Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and optimise operations.
• 
  Maintain and update maintenance records and reports.
• 
  Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
• 
  Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.

Essential Criteria:

• 
  Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 
  Strong leadership and team management skills.
• 
  Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• 
  Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• 
  In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Desirable Skills:

• 
  Dual-skilled background (both mechanical and electrical experience).
• 
  Experience working in a clean manufacturing environment.
• 
  Familiarity with PLCs and automated systems.
