IT Support Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing company in County Down as they expand into new sectors. As part of this growth, they are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their team and play a key role in maintaining and supporting their business-critical infrastructure.

The Role:

• Provide technical support and maintenance across multiple in-house systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues from the service desk.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to assist end users.
• Support networking infrastructure, including switches, servers, and IT hardware.
• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Servers and Microsoft 365 environments.

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong networking skills, including switch management.
• Hands-on experience with virtualisation technologies.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in Azure AD and cloud-based solutions.
• A drive to learn and develop within your role!
