Honeycomb are delighted to partner with a well-established Legal firm in the search for a part – time Facilities Coordinator to join their busy Belfast team.

The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Front of House and Post Team, managing schedules, daily operations, and resolving any issues.
  • Arrange building maintenance services, including electricians, plumbers, painters, air conditioning engineers, and cleaners.
  • Manage fire safety requirements, including the annual Fire Risk Assessment, fire extinguishers, safety plans, signage, PAT testing, and EICR testing.
  • Ensure sufficient first aiders and fire wardens are in place.
  • Schedule bi-annual Legionella surveys.
  • Work closely with cleaning contractors to address any concerns in collaboration with the HR Manager.
  • Source and compare quotes for necessary repair work.
  • Communicate with contractors and oversee facility-related agreements.
  • Supervise car park operations in partnership with Security.
  • Keep facilities records up to date using Excel spreadsheets.

The Person

Essential Criteria

  • 2 years’ minimum experience in a Facilities role
  • Must be currently working in a busy role
  • Experience working within a professional services environment (Desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • Ability to use initiative as and when required
  • Experience working with MS Excel and Word

Your Package/Benefits:

  • Salary - £14.00 -£15.00ph
  • Part – Time(3 full days OR 10am – 3pm Monday – Friday)
