We are recruiting Four Administrators to work with the Business Services Organisation in Belfast City Centre. Successful candidates will work in the Family Practitioners Service department.
This is a full time position, working 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday with the option of flex-time. This role is on a temporary basis for initially 6 months with the opportunity of an extension based on performance. The rate of pay is £11.67 per hour.
The main duties will include providing administrative support to the department by performing tasks such as entering data into computerised systems, maintaining records, preparing reports, processing payments, handling telephone and monitoring emails.
Successful candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
What We Need From You
- 5 GCSEs including Math and English
- Over 18 months experience in an administrative role
- Proficient use of Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
- Be a team player
