Quantity surveyor

A Design & Fitout company based in Antrim has a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team. 

Working with the Commercial & Pre-Con Manager, your role will be to assist with produce high-level cost estimators to specified and detailed quotations, assessment/ selection of the appropriate supply chain and ensure all proposals maximise project profitability. 

The company works within the UK & Ireland, predominately based within NI. 

Project value ranges from £500K to £2M. 

This role will be NI Based, with no travel required. 

Ideally the QS will have the following:

• Min. 2 years’ experience

• Degree qualified or studying PT/ distance learning 

• Excellent attention to detail 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Negotiation Skills

• Building/ Fitout industry experience advantageous
