VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Social Housing Administrator, for a global player operating within the Energy Sector.

Location: North Belfast
Salary: £26,000 (Negotiable) + Competitive Benefits & Career Development
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and process housing-related job requests in line with contractual requirements and compliance standards.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and meets client and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain internal records, tracking progress and approvals for service requests.
Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and housing valuation documents.
Monitor budget allocations and cost variations, ensuring financial accuracy.
Provide administrative support to the housing management team, identifying discrepancies and resolving queries.
Ensure adherence to housing policies, legal obligations, and internal procedures.
Contribute to reporting and data analysis to assist strategic decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in an administrative role within the housing, property, or social care sector.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant financial or property management software.
Desirable Skills:
Understanding of housing regulations and financial processes within a social housing environment.
Experience with M3NHF Schedule of Rates for accurate job coding and cost tracking.
Working knowledge of NEC and JCT contract structures and their applications.
