Location: Hybrid (1 day in office – Coleraine)
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to help guide clients through the successful migration and implementation of SaaS products. If you have a strong mix of technical knowledge, data management expertise, and customer service skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team.

What You'll Do:

• Work with clients to configure and integrate SaaS products.
• Analyse and validate data migrations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Provide training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
• Collaborate with developers and project teams to optimise product functionality.

What I'm Looking For:

• SQL proficiency, with experience in data management and system configuration.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot data migration inconsistencies.
• Strong communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
• A logical and structured thinker who thrives in a problem-solving environment.
