Title: Junior Technical Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid (1 day in office – Coleraine)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the migration and deployment of SaaS solutions for clients. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with both technical teams and end users to ensure a smooth transition.

What You'll Do:

• Gather and analyse client data requirements for successful SaaS migrations.
• Work with developers to optimise system configurations and troubleshoot migration challenges.
• Assist in training and onboarding clients to new SaaS solutions.
• Support testing efforts, ensuring product functionality aligns with client needs.

What I'm Looking For:

• Experience in SQL and working with structured data sets.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Background in business analysis, system implementation, or IT consulting.
