Role: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, based in Glengormley).

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors to the office
- Handle phone inquiries and direct calls accordingly
- Follow up with property viewers and manage offers
- Maintain and organize the front office area
- Drive sales opportunities with clients
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a similar role, such as Office Manager or Receptionist
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Comfortable using computers and office technology
