- THE ROLE -
To provide a comprehensive and professional personal administrative support service to the Office of the Chief Digital and Information Officer. The Personal Assistant (PA) will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This involves managing the CDIO’s and DCDIO’s schedule and facilitating communication between the Office and internal/external stakeholders. The PA will act as a reliable point of contact, ensuring that the CDIO’s and DCDIO’S time is maximised by effectively managing administrative tasks, operational procedures and projects. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- ABOUT YOU -
- A good standard of numeracy and literacy as demonstrated by qualification (including GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics).
- Experience of providing comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling correspondence.
- Experience of event management, such as organising and co-ordinating events, meetings, conferences, logistics, and travel arrangements.
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
- Willingness to travel on occasion as required to meet the needs of the post.
