Marketing Communications Co-Ordinator - Coleraine / Ballymena / Newtownabbey - Part Time

Have you got marketing experience and searching for your next big opportunity? Riada Resourcing are delighted to be representing a multi campus college offering a Marketing Communications Co-Ordinator position based in Coleraine , Ballymena or Newtownabbey depending on your preference.

About the role:
  • £16.82 p/h
  • Part time - 28 hours per week
  • Hybrid working options available
  • Positions available in Coleraine , Ballymena or Newtownabbey depending on your preference
  • Annual Leave: 24 days per annum
  • Until 31st March 2026
You will provide effective communication across the Marketing Department implementing the strategy laid down by the College Internal Communications Programme. Duties will include:
  • To collaborate and co-ordinate with managers and staff across the College in relation to Marketing and assist the Marketing & Communications Manager in the promotion and achievement of high quality marketing provision
  • To contribute to the Marketing Plan and the College Development Plan
  • To assist in developing strong relations with PR Agencies and different Media i.e. local, regional, national press, radio stations, broadcasters and trade journals
  • To assist the Marketing & Communications Manager in the implementation of an annual programme of events from the planning stage to effective conclusion and evaluation
  • To contribute to the development and updating of the College website.
  • To assist the Marketing & Communications Manager to develop effective internal marketing activities.
What requirements are needed for this role?
  • Degree or equivalent level qualification in marketing
  • At least 1 years’ experience in a Marketing or Communications related role
  • Experience of organising and delivering recruitment / marketing events
  • IT literacy and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Willingness and ability to travel away from the College, including reasonable, short-term international travel if and when required
  • Experience in developing and maintaining working relationships
