Talent Acquisition Manager
Reperio Human Capital is a niche IT recruitment consultancy, headquartered in Belfast City Centre, that focuses on the growing technology industry in Ireland and the United States. Our expansion into the US began in 2022, and we now have operations in Belfast, Tampa (Florida), and Raleigh (North Carolina).
Due to recent expansion, we’re actively seeking an Internal Recruitment Manager to join our team in Belfast. This is an exciting role where you will become a vital member of our internal operations team, playing a key role in our business. You will be responsible for the engagement and management of our Internal Recruitment Function within Belfast.
Your primary responsibility will to be to recruit staff to join Reperio’s Belfast operation. The positions will primarily be Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant positions, although you may be required to recruit for Operations positions also.
Key Responsibilities:
You will have complete ownership of the Recruitment lifecycle in Reperio Human Capital including sourcing, selection, screening & interviewing.
Some of your tasks will include drawing up & posting adverts, interviewing candidates (via phone & in person), information tracking & creating a pipeline of potential candidates.
You will utilise social networking sites, online advertising & online CV Databases in your search for prospective candidates to join Reperio. Headhunting ‘recruiters’ from rival agencies will also be a regular responsibility.
You will also provide detailed reports to the Directors of Reperio to support the hiring process.

Role Requirements:
- You will have a previous experience within a Recruitment specific role (whether internal or agency).
- You should be charismatic, an excellent communicator and pro-active.
- Self-starter, able to work autonomously delivering high volume results
- You should be goal orientated & target driven
- IT proficiency & an ability to multitask & prioritise tasks.
