Your new role
As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. Your responsibilities will include Process Optimisation: Streamlining production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Team Leadership: Managing and motivating a skilled workforce to achieve operational excellence. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating supply chain activities. Budget Control: Managing budgets and resource allocation effectively
