Bela Recruitment is hiring a Marketing Manager, based in Newry, County Down, Northern Ireland.
The Company

You will support the Head of Marketing & help lead a team of 4 others, by driving marketing operations across 2 separate brands across 27 locations, (selling virtually identical products in NI & ROI), you will shape multi-channel campaigns and drive brand presence.
Responsibilities
As Group Marketing Manager, you will be helping to lead all marketing activities and initiatives.
With the support of 4 junior colleagues including Digital Marketing & a Graphic Designer, you will ensure the smooth delivery of annual marketing activities across a range of areas. This role will suit a confident, pro-active marketer, who has great people skills, able to manage others in your team, but drive marketing activity with the help of branch network, suppliers and industry partners.
Ensure smooth communication between departments, allowing you to focus on strategy while staying confident in daily operations of your team and all daily marketing activities are being met.

Requirements
• Degree educated in Marketing or related subject.
• 5+ years of commercial marketing, strong skills in team leadership, project management and digital marketing strategies
