Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance operational efficiency within the EMEA+ Transactions division, ensuring seamless business processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial performance and strategic growth initiatives.
• Develop and present insightful business strategies based on in-depth analysis of key performance metrics.
• Work closely with HR and marketing teams to align business operations with overall company goals.
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
