HR Assistant required immediately to work with our public sector client Northern Ireland Ambulance service based in Knockbracken, Belfast.
This is a temporary full time post for a minimum of 3 months, with possibility of extension. The pay rate for this role will be £11.67 per hour, working 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am - 4:30pm on a Friday. The successful candidates will have an immediate start.
The main duties for the will be providing administrative duties to the HR team across Resourcing ,Payroll, Employment Law, Attendance and Organisation Development.
Also to log details of all queries (via phone calls/emails) to the HR/OD Helpdesk in accordance with agreed procedure.
Provide advice to Managers and staff on a range of routine HR&OD issues in accordance with HR&OD policy, procedure and protocol.
What We Need From You
- 5 GCSEs a grade C or above including Maths and English
- 1 Years recent experience in an Administrative / HR position
- Experience of Microsoft Office Professional Suite
