Candidate Consultant Salary:

£23,000-26,000k per annum + bonus

• Early finish Fridays
• Hybrid working model - 1 day work from home
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)

About the Candidate Consultant role:

• You will manage a social media presence, effectively utilising platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook
• Produce vacancy profiles and adverts to achieve the highest response rate
• Source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipeline whilst considering the needs of all stakeholders and our company cultures
• Represent our Company at interviews and briefings
• Management of worker files and records including registrations, uploading data to relevant systems and eligibility.
