VANRATH is proud to represent a well-established manufacturing organisation in their search for an HR Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in HR while supporting various functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Role
- Assisting with the management and development of HR systems, such as Flex, Fusion, and Success Factors.
- Acting as a point of contact for employees, providing assistance with HR-related queries and delivering a professional and responsive service.
- Attending career fairs and developing relationships with universities, colleges, and apprenticeship partners to attract top talent for apprentices and graduates.
- Administering the employee review process and ensuring its effective management.
- Contributing to HR-related projects aimed at improving existing procedures and enhancing employee engagement, such as initiatives for long service recognition, wellbeing, diversity, and HR process improvements.
- Managing and maintaining employee records, preparing contracts, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Preparing HR reports and ensuring data is accurate and compliant.
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of training programmes and development initiatives for employees, including liaising with CITB to obtain training grants.

Candidate Profile
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (CIPD qualification or progress towards it is desirable).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- A proactive and professional attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (familiarity with HR systems or databases is desirable but not essential).
- A full driving licence and the willingness to travel to other locations as required.
