Senior Contracts Manager/Commercial Manager

MCS Group is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead our clients Contract Team.

In this key role, you’ll ensure the successful mobilisation of new contracts, maximise sales and margins, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You’ll manage contract retention, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Contracts Team to achieve business goals
• Ensure contracts meet KPIs, SLAs, and customer expectations
• Drive sales, margin, and contract retention strategies
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Oversee contract negotiations and stock management

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a commercial or contract management role at Senior or Director level
• Strong track record in driving sales, profits, and customer satisfaction through developing and supporting your team.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
