Technical Sales Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer for our client who have global reach alongside a reputation for excellence both locally and globally.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer either at graduate level with a passion to develop their career within technical sales or someone more experienced in technical sales engineering that wants to join an expanding team.

In this role you will achieve sales targets by developing long terms customer relationships and providing technical solutions to maximise sales opportunities.

The successful candidate:

• Educated to degree level in engineering or 1 year's experience working in a technical sales environment alongside the ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• You will demonstrate your ability to work on your own initiative, with commercial awareness, enthusiasm, and confidence to speak with customers. It will be equally important that you are a good problem solver, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, coupled with the ability t work in a team with good experience using Microsoft office software.
