HR Manager
Permanent, full
time 37hrs per week
Salary: £50,386 - £56,846
About you:
We’re seeking a strong
HR Manager to join our HR team and make a tangible impact on our colleagues,
customers and organisation. You will have a
passion for leading on all aspects of HR, and want to work with a fantastic
small HR Team, where you are happy to jump in and help during busy times. With your deep
understanding of HR best practices and employment law, you'll ensure our HR
practices and policies are legally compliant and aligned with best practices.
Your experience in delivering organisational change will be invaluable as we
continue to evolve.
Your responsibilities:
The JD sets out most tasks, but it includes:

Overseeing operational HR matters

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Clanmil’s overall
goals.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee
engagement and well-being initiatives.

Co-ordinating performance management and remuneration processes
·
Collaborate with leaders to identify and address opportunities and
challenges.
