Role: Customer Administrator – Temporary – Craigavon
Job Overview
VANRATH are assisting our client, a well-established and respected organisation in their search for a Customer Administrator. You will support customers by managing their needs, coordinating social activities and overseeing property maintenance. You will work with external parties, maintain records, supervise staff, and ensure high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with residents regularly to understand and manage their support requirements, ensuring plans are followed.
  • Work closely with the Housing Officer and external agencies to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records using ICT systems, ensuring compliance with service standards and timely updates.
  • Coordinate and promote social events, fostering community engagement and reducing isolation within the scheme.
  • Assist with the sign-up process, explaining property systems, features, and necessary documentation in a clear and organised manner.
  • Provide financial guidance, helping residents with budgeting and referring them to external services when needed.
  • Oversee property inspections and coordinate with contractors to ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time and to required standards.
  • Supervise Domestic Assistants, managing rotas, ensuring cleanliness standards are upheld, and providing regular feedback for improvement.

Essential Criteria:

  • Good understanding of what great customer experience looks like
  • Experience in using computer packages
  • Practical understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment, confidentiality, and support plans
  • Experience in providing tailored services to meet diverse support needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including handling sensitive information
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Ability to supervise staff, liaise with contractors, and maintain high service standards
