The Company
The Client is a leading professional services business based in Portadown.
The Role
The Temporary Administrator will play a key role in supporting the wider team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Responding to incoming enquiries and taking detailed messages
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Utilising bespoke IT systems efficiently
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings
- Overseeing communications across the team
- Organising office tasks such as filing and scanning
The Person
The right person for this role will have exceptional administrative skills, ideally within a professional services environment. They will have strong IT proficiency, with experience using Microsoft Office and customer management systems. The right person will be a strong communicator, who is able to thrive in fast-paced environments and be available for an immediate start.
The Benefits
The role offers an hourly rate ranging between £13-15 an hour depending on experience. The office is based in Portadown and offers hybrid working. This role offers an immediate start. Further details can be discussed upon application.
