Key Responsibilities
As an Admin Scheduler, you will:
- Coordinate and manage schedules for staff, appointments, meetings, and projects.
- Maintain and update calendars, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, correspondence, and document management.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to confirm and adjust schedules as needed.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
