What can I expect to do as a recruiter?

• Market research – Staying up to date on the industry trends, knowing your specific market.
• Sourcing candidates – Targeting and recruiting talent, while developing a pipeline of candidates for both current and future job openings.
• Managing clients – Establishing and nurturing relationships, while generating new leads through cold calling and research.
• Negotiating – Facilitating negotiations of job offers and compensation packages to ensure a favourable outcome for both candidates and clients.
• Interview scheduling and management – Coordinating interviews, offering feedback, and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• You’ll have full control over managing your own business, overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish, and focusing on one of the fastest-growing and most successful industries worldwide
• Competitive base salary starting at £24,000+, with on-target earnings (OTE) of £35,000-£45,000 in your first year
