Litigation
Secretary/ Assistant, Belfast, Up to £33k. A well known, prestigious law firm wishes to
recruit an experienced Litigation secretary / Assistant to join their team.
The
Litigation Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the
legal team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and
managing tasks associated with litigation cases, legal documentation, and
client communication.
Key
Responsibilities:
Maintain
and organize files, ensuring that all case documents are easily accessible and
filed appropriately.
Draft
standard correspondence, including letters to clients, opposing counsel, and
courts.
Schedule
hearings, trials, depositions, and meetings.
Communicate
with clients to schedule meetings
Maintain
a professional and client-friendly communication demeanor.
Administrative
Support:
Handle
incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and emails.
Arrange
travel and accommodations for attorneys, clients, and witnesses as needed.
Organize
meetings, conferences, and depositions.
Work
closely with legal assistants / solicitors and other team members to ensure
case progression.
