Junior Data & AI Analyst

MCS group is delighted to be working with a homegrown and expanding IT Consultancy firm who operate in a variety of sectors across the UK and Ireland. This is a position that will afford you the opportunity to advance further as a data analyst, develop your data and Ai skills and contribute to multiple organisations with intelligent data driven solutions.

About the role:

As Junior Data Analyst you will be responsible for data cleansing, modelling and visualisation in order to leverage useful information which can then be used to steer data driven decision making. You will make recommendations to, and support clients on how they use data, how to drive quality and how to create useful data systems & models.

• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports.
• Learn, implement, and enhance AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Analyse data for insights and collaborate on data-driven solutions.
• Support end-users, document processes, and improve AI tools.

About you:

• Driven, self motivated and willingness to learn new Ai technologies.
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Copilot, and ChatGPT is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and solving problems.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail for accurate data presentation.

The package:

• £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience.
