the next phase of expansion across Ireland, Great Britain, and, in time, select
international markets, the company is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Head of Sales. This is a career-defining

In this role, you will be
responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building
strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors, property developers, cost
consultants, architects, and other key decision-makers. You will position Connex
Offsite as a trusted partner in the construction sector while leading a
talented team, qualifying business leads, and ensuring alignment between the
sales pipeline and factory production capacity.
We are looking for a
high-energy, disciplined sales professional with a proven track record in sales
growth or business development within the construction industry or a closely
related sector. Experience in bid and tender management is essential. A skilled
negotiator, you thrive on securing high-value contracts and driving commercial
success.
