Production Supervisor (Day Shift)

As the Production Supervisor you will:

• Supervise staff in the manufacturing department, ensuring quality standards, training, performance reviews, and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements, maintain traceability systems, and manage tooling and machinery maintenance.
• Contribute to health and safety efforts by conducting risk assessments, promoting safety culture, and investigating incidents with corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, using LEAN methods to optimise processes, achieve KPIs, and maintain cleanliness and efficiency across the manufacturing environment.

You will have:

• Previous Production Supervisory experience
• Significantly strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience working within a QMS
