Our public sector client seeks a Temporary Ongoing Higher Clerical Officer based in Derry
Hours of work Mon-Friday 9-5 (37.5 hours per week)
Rate of pay £11.67 per hour
Job role
- Telephony cover
- Sending appointments, typing, Logging & processing referrals
- Updating information system
- Reception cover
- Electronic filing
Essential Criteria
5 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative role
OR NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent or higher educational standard and one year’s administrative / clerical experience; OR Three year’s administrative / clerical experience; In addition to one of the above, 6 months experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Powerpoint,
Access NI will be required prior to starting
