Our client is a leading Corporate Law firm with recently renovated office space, right in the heart of Belfast city. They put their clients at the fore of everything they do and have an excellent reputation on the market as a leader in their field.
The Role
The Receptionist is a crucial role for the business, as it is the first interaction with clients. They will be responsible for delivering a professional, courteous, and friendly Front of House service. Typical duties include:
- Meeting & greeting Clients
- Answering Phone calls in a professional manner and forwarding messages to the relevant department
- Providing hospitality to Clients
- Organising the booking of meeting rooms and ensuring set-up
- Booking taxis and flights
Essential Criteria
- This role would someone coming from a hotel reception or similar background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, courteous manner
