Rate of pay: £12.59
Location: Belfast - Castle Court
Hours: 37 Mon-Fri
Shift pattern: Hours between 8am-8pm - Training is 9am-5:00pm
Duration: 51 weeks, possible extension
Start Date: 20th March
Job Duties:
Working within Department for Communities in the Northern Ireland Civil Service, this role will deliver services for customers who are based in Great Britain. The role will focus on delivering full services for Pension Credit and full training will be provided. - Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong call-handling attributes;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work within and contribute to a team environment
- Ability to work accurately within specific deadlines and to achieve relevant targets
- Basic IT skills / computer literacy with an aptitude for learning new systems
- Organised with good time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent work ethic with a desire to personally develop;
- Excellent attendance and time keeping.
These roles are full-time, office based. Working from home may become available in the future.Essential Criteria applicants must have:
5 GCSEs including Maths & English (Or equivalent level 2) - Certificates required
The successful applicant will be required to complete an Access NI during registration
