Junior Data Analyst

MCS is delighted to be partnering with an established local company as they add a Junior Data Analyst to the team in Belfast. My client is a leader in the fast moving consumer goods sector and this position will see you working with blue chip companies and household name brands as you gain experience and establish your career in data.

*Initially this will be a 12 month contract that is highly likely to become permanent.*

The Role

• Deliver accurate reports and address related queries or incidents.
• Design and enhance report outputs based on user requirements.
• Ensure output accuracy by analysing risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues.

The Person

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Solid experience using Excel and ideally Power BI, Dax and Python.
• Experience with SAP would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
• Resilient, organised, and a true data enthusiast.
• Independent thinker who isn’t afraid to challenge the norm.
